About Muhab

I am an engineer by education, a business builder by practice, and now focused on building practical ventures across real estate, engineering, and AI-enabled products. After years working across government entities and national programs, I shifted from employee and executive life into entrepreneurship.

I trained as a Computer Engineer, but the market took one look and decided I was better in business, and it was right. My strength was never in writing the code; it was in understanding a problem, explaining why it mattered, and getting people aligned around building the right thing.

That skill carried me through business development, product work, and leadership. I spent much of my career close to technology and national-scale work, across government entities and programs touching housing, real estate, and building technology, usually as the person asking for the product, defining the need, and pushing teams to make it genuinely useful.

After more than fifteen years as an employee and executive, I made a deliberate change. I left to build my own ventures, and I went in a very classic direction: things with clear demand that you can touch. Real estate development, because housing demand never stops. Fire and life safety engineering, because every commercial building has to meet the standard and stay compliant. Honest work, real customers, real problems.

More recently, the cost of building software collapsed. What used to require a team, a budget, and a long tunnel can now start on an evening. So I opened a third door: Muhab Labs, a small studio for turning problems I understand well into real digital products, starting with Forwardit.

Today the thread across all of it is the same. I look for problems with real demand and clear users, and I try to build something people actually need, whether that turns out to be a building, an engineering service, or an app.
